Manny Hernandez and his team are very knowledgeable, genuine, and super caring. As a young first time homebuyer, my fiancA(C) and I didnt know exactly what we were looking for at the beginning. Manny definitely showed consistent patience and was also trying to find us the best value. Once we were in his buying system, we would get new properties sent to us via email almost everyday. I appreciated this becuase it made it easy to see new listings without having to visit different websites. Communication is what I appreciated the most about Mannys team, he was always available to jump on a quick call to explain something to me and my fiancA(C). Mannys reputation and network allowed us to land a property that never hit the market. We got a property that we both loved because of him, theres no chance we wouldve won a bidding war. I appreciate Mannys willingness to advocate for us on deals, I always felt that we had leverage in our side even though we were first time home buyers becuase of his expertise.
