Worst experience i have ever had. Unprofessional...avoided my calls/texts...cut corners and twisted the truth. He was allowing the potential buyers to move into my house prior to closing and without a "hold harmless" form filled out. Also, he never even consulted me. He just called my daughter. That was not in our best interest and he was suppose to be our realtor and looking after our best interests. The buyers, also his clients were being taken care of; as he wrote me several times trying to meet their needs. What a liability that would have been for me and my daughter (co-owner) He also was not showing us due diligence .. Would not recommend. Find a professional realtor with knowledge and standards.

Maybe you're pensively worried about this important choice and concerned about letting an agent get his/her hooks into you. We did. I was once a real estate agent and quit because I refused to follow my brokers inflexible indoctrination. When you meet Manny for the first time, you might be confused. He won't come off as a robot. No flashy outfits, a modest car, a rather demure disposition. Laid back, friendly in a fire-pit-in-the-backyard kind of way! He isn't going to drive you around showing homes that don't meet your needs. He IS going to listen carefully to you, and he IS going to let you drive the bus, so to speak. He won't balk at your choice of homes and will NEVER be judgemental. He WILL guide you and make recommendations only when he feels you may have overlooked some glaring issue. We were looking for a perfect retirement home and with Manny's help, found it. As such, we highly recommend Manny Galante for your house buying needs!
