ZillowVERIFIEDWorst experience i have ever had. Unprofessional...avoided my calls/texts...cut corners and twisted the truth. He was allowing the potential buyers to move into my house prior to closing and without a "hold harmless" form filled out. Also, he never even consulted me. He just called my daughter. That was not in our best interest and he was suppose to be our realtor and looking after our best interests. The buyers, also his clients were being taken care of; as he wrote me several times trying to meet their needs. What a liability that would have been for me and my daughter (co-owner) He also was not showing us due diligence .. Would not recommend. Find a professional realtor with knowledge and standards.
