Mandy Wheeler

Born and raised in Maine, Mandy started her real estate career when she was 3 years old, showing guests to their rooms at the hotel her parents managed in Bethel, Maine. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2013 (after being the head of a property management company for 2 years), Mandy has become a top producer in the industry. She was awarded Portland Realtor of The Year 2018 by the Portland Phoenix Magazine, and started her own real estate company in December of 2018 called "U&R Real Estate". She is the Designated Broker/Owner of the company. Mandy works within an hour radius of Portland, and she works with both buyers and sellers. She understands the valuable investment in real estate - she owns a multi unit on historic Washington Street in Bath, a multi unit in the East Bayside area of Portland, a 16 acre farm in Bowdoinham, an island in Greenville, a vacation home in Saint Petersburg Florida, and a victorian mansion in Richmond (check out @theswanvictorian on Instagram!). When not practicing real estate, you can find her hanging out with her two cats, Charbear and Retha, riding her vintage Honda motorcycles, hanging out outside as much as possible, practicing yoga, or playing Fortnite. ?
