She was very patient, taking the time to explain things and pointing out repairs that would need to be done. She is pretty knowledgeable about the cost of repairs as well. She made suggestions when making an offer on the house that would grab the seller's attention and it worked! Mandy communicated in a very timely manner, her response time was immediate and was able to get answers to questions no later than the next day. This is a crazy market which led to a lot of stress, she was reassuring and made the process as easy as she could.
