ZillowVERIFIEDDid my house sell? Yes. Was the experience smooth and pain free? Absolutely not. Mandy was a very responsive realtor, the professional pictures came out great as well! However the knowledge, expertise, and overall attention to detail I would expect in a realtor needs improvement. From the start, comps were not re-run right before we listed and we had to do an almost 80k price reduction within the first 24 hours which does not look great. Then there were multiple issues within the listing itself, such as it stating I had linoleum when I had hardwood floors. I also did not catch the fact that the home water softener system was listed as coming with the house; I had made point the multiple times leading up to listing that it did NOT come with the home. Unfortunately the buyers would not move on that fact since the listing stated it came with the home. Attention to detail like this is a must. I also wish I had been advised not to list the home over a holiday weekend. I of course was stressed out by moving and other things and would expect the realtor to advise me on something such as this. Overall, Mandy was nice, approachable, and easy to work with however lack of attention to detail and other areas need work.

We sold our house while in a completely different state and she handled everything. She was prompt with communication and hired contractors/specialists as needed. She has many within the community that she knows and trusts to complete repairs accurately. All I had to do was sign papers and give the go-ahead to anything that needed to be done or made official (which she was completely upfront, honest, and provided accurate information).

She was always on top of everything when it came to viewings even though I was being a little picky. If I found a listing I liked and sent it to her we were on the way to look at it next day. Once I had an accepted offer she was there to help me get paperwork sent in that the lender needed from me and even up until closing she kept me in the loop as to what was going on. If I decide to buy again or sell Mandy is going to be my number one choice for an agent.
