We first worked with the friend team over 5 years ago to purchase our first home. We were working with the nonprofit NACA at the time to help us financially. They have specific rules and guidelines when purchasing, and we were thankful that when we found The Friend Team, we were partnered with someone who confidently navigated the whole process seamlessly. They say buying a home is one of the most stressful events in many peoples lives, but we felt very supported through it. In 2023 we were selling our home, and building our own. The Friend Team connected us with a reputable builder that they have worked with and it was a great experience. When we were ready to sell our home, they made it so easy for us. It was around the holidays and we were worried it would negatively impact the sale but that was not our experience! Overall as a team they are very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and somehow despite being very busy, are seemingly always available to help. We highly recommend!

After living in a house for 47 years you have no idea what to expect when selling. With the aid of a recommendation from a trusted colleague we interviewed Abbey Friend. We had the nervous anxiety of making a major life change. My wife and I interviewed Abbey Friend and felt she had the best up to date skills in today's market. Also, and more importantly, we immediately liked her and felt a welcoming presence in our home. She took over the estate sale and the clean up of the house and did not overlook the most minute detail. From scrubbing every surface to arranging for a roll off dumpster all were handled while we had taken up residency in Florida. Cannot conceive of better or more professional service. I did not know what to expect using the zillow app and a random agent but Allison was amazing. I requested a showing through the app and Allison called me right away even though it was late Sunday afternoon. She was able to schedule 2 showings early Monday morning before I had to drive 1000 miles back home. We ended up making an offer and Allison along with her team were all great in making the process of buying very easy. She kept in constant contact with myself and the sellers all the way to closing. She was knowledgeable in the VA loan process and worked great with our lender. We used the attorney She recommended and was another amazing person. I highly recommend Allison and her entire team.
