They are just waiting for their turn or they want to answer 1 of the 12 things you brought up, or they're formulating their next response in their head while you talk! What the he-? That's not listening and hearing. That's them thinking about themselves. How in the world will I be able to guide and assist you with your real estate wants and needs if I don't listen? Be ready. Get your pre-approval or proof and funds and be ready to write the offer when you find the home of your dreams.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Preparation is key! In order to get the best price in the shortest amount of time, you need to prepare your home for sale. I can help you with that!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with everyone from Investors to Luxury home owners. It's my service level that keeps them coming back. Communication is key!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Moved back to Central Indiana and had an opportunity to begin a new career. I have moved 48 times in my life - even lived on Guam! Real Estate seemed like a no-brainer for me and I love it!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have decades of experience as a business owner and manager. I know how to guide my clients/customers in their homeownership story. Nothing makes me happier than to see them sell a home & move on to their next adventure or help someone find their first or next home! I truly appreciate the opportunity.
