Patient, kind, witty, extremely experienced, always smiling & pleasant & with a great sense of humor..all that sums up Manasi on the personal front. Professionally, she sets the bat extremely high...she seemed to know every answer to every question. She priced our home correctly,and within 24 hours of signing the listing agreement, she had contractors for painting & landscaping over to prep the home for the market & her photographer to take excellent pictures. We were on market within a short time frame, considering the home was unoccupied since 2020. And then..the icing on the cake..she got us half a dozen offers within 48 hours on market.
