The weather was bad for part of it and they went and kept space heaters running in the pool house and checked water lines to make sure there weren't any busted pipes. When we needed the internet connected they came out even after we closed on the house since we hadn't made it to Oklahoma yet. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
