Erika was wonderful to work with through the whole buying process. She was very patient as we searched for the right investment property, she always had our best interest in mind, and she provided invaluable industry/area knowledge. At closing there was some confusion regarding the amount of the renter?s security deposit, Erika managed the situation with ease communicating with the other realtor to make sure everything was clear and there would be no issues for us in the future.
