3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Another Program for New Construction, benefit any buyer needing to sell an existing home in order to buy a new construction home.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I met with a client that her property had been listed before for over six months and her contract expired. We met and got her property on the market and activated all of our aggressive marketing systems and got her an acceptable contract within one week of being on the market. She cried of joy because now she will be able to move to Amarillo to be close to her grandkids. Seller was happy and impressed on how fast we were able to sell her home.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Started real estate in 2005 to do it part time because of kids, but very shortly after that I started working full time and made it a career.
