About Maggie Gerich

Hello and thank you for taking a moment to learn about me and our team. I have worked in the real estate industry since 2003. I have extensive experience in working with foreclosure and short sale properties and currently specialize in the residential market in the Greater Lansing Area. Always working in high volume environments, there are very few scenarios that I have not already dealt with and will work with you to better understand the process no matter if you are buying or selling. I am a Lansing resident and take pride in my Lansing roots. In 2016, I earned my Certified Tourism Ambassador designation in order to help my clients really know their new neighborhoods! In my off time I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children and being outdoors when the Michigan climate permits. The market is ever-evolving and it is important that you partner with a Realtor that is on top of the changes and can provide guidance and insight. With a combined total of more than 60 years of experience, we have the knowledge needed to assist you no matter what the market is. Maggie was absolutely fantastic! Ive had my share of unresponsive realtors who pass me off to their associates in the past so when it was time to sell my home, I was not going to accepting of that again. As busy as I know Maggie is, I never had to worry about her leaving me in the dark or passing me off to another realtor. If you are looking for an ethical, kind, smart, prepared, and agile realtor, look no further! I put many barriers in Robyn's way which resulted in delays in my buying the house. Robyn helped me work through each obstacle I created. She and her colleague, Sherri McCleese, kept communicating and moving the process forward with grace and humor. Plus, she really knows real estate and the 50,000 steps and processes. She never made me feel stupid when I asked basic questions.
