Maggie was absolutely incredible! With this being our first home purchase we were understandably nervous going into it, but Maggie was so knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and so very patient! We never once felt pressured or bombarded by her which has certainly happened with other realtors. We were constantly asking questions, going back and forth, and bringing in other opinions, but throughout it all she was incredibly responsive and if she didnt have an answer for us she would dig deeper, make the calls, and get us everything we were looking for plus some. She even managed to show us a house not initially planned and last minute, which actually ended up being the house we bought! Not only is she an incredible agent she is also an incredible human which just makes working with her that much better! 10/10 I would definitely recommend Maggie Ebbens ??

We really loved Maggie. She was dependable and full of integrity. We had a tight timeline to look at houses and she was able to accommodate our needs and show us everything we wanted to see by giving us a lot of time during our availability. She also always responds very quickly to texts or emails with whatever info you need. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and different types of houses, which enabled us to make better decisions about what was right for us. She also had great ideas and strategies when it came time to negotiate but was always happy to go with whatever we were comfortable doing. We were unable to be in the local area for inspections and closing and she was able to FaceTime and be present for such things in order to keep us fully in the loop. Her assistant Maria was also fabulous and definitely helped keep us on track. Highly recommend - I?m confident you can count on Maggie whether you are buying or selling.
