ZillowVERIFIEDI found Mae blindly on the internet to show us a house. We had her running all over town looking at properties as we found them online. She was prompt, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. She timely responded to emails and texts, and jumped right in to negotiate at the end when things were falling apart. Even after the close, she jumped in to help get rid of some trash at the house, and to foster replacements of some appliances that needed replacement. She helped us find insurance and a closing company, and even the nicest restaurants in town to eat. The transition to a new city will now be easy and without unneeded stress. You would think we were friends for years. I would certainly hope that all realtors who work with her use her as an example of how to provide customer service in a professional and caring manner.
