ZillowVERIFIEDI was thinking about moving to Florida from New York at the end of last year. I contacted Madeleine and we began the hunt for a home. On the second day of searching, we looked at a few houses in a gated community and they were just too outdated and I did not want to be bothered with upgrading them. It was a beautiful community and I was disappointed because I didnt find anything that I was interested in. Madeleine then says wait there is one more home that we can view. We walked in the home and it was amazing. Totally renovated and all that I needed to do was move in. I made an offer and after some expert negotiations through Madeleine on my behalf, she closed the deal. I finally did the closing a month later and I couldnt be happier. I am living in my dream home and it would have never been possible without Madeleines assistance and expertise. I would recommend Madeleine to any friend or family member in a heartbeat. She is amazing!!
