Maddie is truly passionate about life in the Central Ohio region because she believes it offers the best of both worlds! Growing up in a small town has given her the opportunity to see the beauty and serenity that comes with rural living. She wants to connect her buyers to that friendly, hometown feel that many suburbs of Columbus have to offer. For those who seek an urban lifestyle, living close to the thriving city of Columbus offers great dining, shopping, and entertainment. Using her personal experience of renting and rehabbing single family homes, Maddie wants to use her knowledge and expertise to help sellers benefit from her advice when it comes to what changes, if any, need to be made with a home in order to maximize profits. While searching for and buying a home, Maddie uses both creative and traditional methods to seek out homes for sale that may not be obvious to others. It's Maddie's goal to help her buyers navigate this ever changing real estate market to find the home of their dreams! In her free time Maddie likes to hike, kayak and travel with her husband and two daughters. No matter where your adventure takes you - there's no place like home!
