One time, when we needed to sell a fixer, Mac brought in a contractor who was amazing. Mac made a list of everything needed (which didnt break the bank aEUR" Yay!) and he checked work at completion before listing. We got multiple offers in days and sold for $85k more than another realtor told us was the most we could get and only with a cash offer. When we bought a coop for the first time, Mac showed up in person to talk to the coop manager when the coop's staff weren't responsive and we were concerned we wouldn't get to close on time. What a life saver!
