Mable Washington is an OUTSTANDING realtor. Her expertise and good advice made what could have been a very stressful period, much easier. I got an offer for full asking 4 days after listing. Mable saved me money by not having me complete unnecessary projects before listing. She offered advice when asked, but never pressured me into a decision.
