Lynsie went above and beyond my expectations on several occassions. She personally help me move furniture into storage. She stopped by regularly to observe and lend a hand when preparing for the photo shoot and Open House. Lynsie was always on top of the paper work, too. Lynsie White was with me every step of the way.The 50-plus year old house was part of my father's estate. It had never seen an upgrade since the day it was built. It was structurally sound and very well built, but very dated and wouldn't show well in it's current condition. Lynsie gave me an honest appraisal based on her expertise of the local market. I felt her pricing recommendation was reasonable and realistic with no bias toward simply getting a listing or making a quick sale and commission. She offered sound advise on renovations and upgrades that would not only make the property more marketable, but also give me a solid return on my investment.
