She priced our home aggressively in the market and waited patiently. Several times she managed the marketing techniques to get our home back in the buyers sights, but not once did she ask us to reduce the price or encourage to alter the plan. In the end, we got a deal nearly at asking price, and right where we were happy to negotiate. Then, when the buyer was picky, picky about the cleaning in the wake of the Marshall Fire that delivered ash across the front range, she actually went in and cleaned the floor herself prior to the final buyer's final walk-through. Our home was the most viewed on Zillow throughout the process. (BTW, Lynne, herself, is a superb photographer - a real artist!). While she helped us to negotiate a strong initial contract, she also secured and cultivated a highly viable back-up offer. When the first contract fell through, she immediately presented the back-up offer (at a higher price). The transition from buyer 1 to buyer 2 was seamless. Our closing was only delayed by 8 days.
