While she helped us to negotiate a strong initial contract, she also secured and cultivated a highly viable back-up offer. When the first contract fell through, she immediately presented the back-up offer (at a higher price). The transition from buyer 1 to buyer 2 was seamless. Our closing was only delayed by 8 days. Lynne Wright is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She has sold three homes of mine and recently helped me purchase a condo with an attached garage. She is spot on in her negotiation skills, response, and overall real estate knowledge. Several times we has low ball offers on my homes for sale and she said, I'm sorry but I really don't feel that this offer is high enough! So we had offers 10-20 thousand dollars higher.
