"Ms. Lynne is absolutely a God send! My husband, Mason, and I were ready for a change and the largest obstacle to overcome was selling our home. Ms. Lynne isn't from our area so she diligently learned everything there was to know about Lago Vista. We were able to share with her all of the reasons we enjoyed being in Lago Vista and she did the research to find out what other amenities are available so she could easily share that information with potential buyers. After my mother broke her femur in February of 2021 we knew that we were going to have to find a new home that would accommodate her and the rest of us. We reached out to a few realtors but Lynne was the only one that I felt had our best interests at heart. She came to our home and met with us right away and already had some ideas for the best way to sell our house. I really loved how she uses treats and scented candles to make people feel like they are looking at a home and not just a house. The logistics of moving two households was a huge undertaking and Lynne was so helpful by suggesting that we wait to put the house on the market until we had actually moved out. That was a huge relief for us. That way we could focus on our out-of-state move and getting my mother's things squared away, too. Once we were settled a bit in our new home Lynne was terrific as a long-distance realtor! She and I connected on Facebook to make communication so much easier. She was great at sending us pictures of our house after it was polished to perfection. She had us look at the listing to see if we wanted to add anything. It was so nice to be able to focus on getting things done at our new home that we didn't have to worry at all about the sale of the old one. Lynne is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept me apprised about available properties coming on the market and let me know as soon as she found new construction in my price range to purchase as an investment. She was honest and forthright- no games. I felt lucky to find Lynne as I lived out of state and she had to coordinate the transaction, pre-walk through and final walk through for my new home before I closed.
