First off I am going to talk about fast expert. This service sent my first realtor who informed me that my house was uninhabitable and no one would be able to finance it u less I put $10k or more into the house. I cried for 2 days. Then I contacted Lynne Tardiff. She came immediately and was very personable and pointed out all of the great things about my home. She gave me a few ideas of how to fix a few things but it was up to me. She emailed me what she thought that my home would sell for with the minor repairs. I got back to her lettering her know that I didnt have the time to fix it up and she listed it for me with no issues. Two showings and 41 days later it was sold!! She helped me through everything. She is AMAZING. I would recommend her before I would a large agency. She always answers any questions or concerns in minutes. Always kept me up to date with what was going on.
