Kim came to me by recommendation of the mortgage broker who was handling my purchase. She was easy going and enthusiastic to work with and wasnt pushy. I was looking for something specific - in that I wanted something smaller than most buyers typically hunt for. She certainly sent me a few houses that didnt work but ultimately we looked at 3 that didnt Each of the 3 were great matches and we put offers in on each. The first and second didnt materialize, that was for the best. The third house popped up on Zillow one morning and when I saw it, I KNEW it had to be mine. Kimberly jumped at the chance to go see it during a brokers showing and somehow managed to get me in for a showing.
