But because we loved it, we mistakenly assumed it would sell quickly. Knowing the housing market in the area very well, Lynne knew differently, but she very patiently worked with us. She went out of her way to advertise (at her own expense) and even market the property in different areas of the country to make buyers aware of this gem of a resort. Her hard work paid off as she found a buyer in California! We were happy with the price and the buyer was delightful, making the transition a great experience for everyone.
