World Class Real Estate Support With a mission of serving people with a world-class approach, I have an earlier background in the hospitality industry in ownership and management of a Sports Bar, Steakhouse, and Salon & Spa in the Chicago area. In 2004, I moved out west to work for a business training company for the spa and salon industry. I coached owners and technicians to implement sales systems allowing them to increase profitability, and in doing so successfully increased my companies' profitability by 32% and later sold the company to my Salon Coordinator. After moving to Vegas a few years later my experience began in the real estate industry assisting in the selling and buying of bank-owned properties and completing broker price opinions for asset companies through the real estate crash. In 2015 I worked in a team environment until 2020 and now an agent owner at eXp that loves to collaborate and mentor new agents. My vision has always been with the mission to serve our communities with old fashion great customer service! I believe my success comes from the high-level training I have participated in executing needs assessment support consultations and my certification with the National Association of Expert Advisors NAEA. In my free time, you will find me at any one of the hot yoga rooms in town or spending time with my lovely daughter.
