I contracted with Lynn to help in selling my deceased father's home in Portland, TX. Based on Lynn's recommendation, we decided to not sell the home "as-is". Lynn recommended that we empty out the house and get it cleaned up to make the home more marketable. So this is what we did. This process took several months to prepare the house for sale and Lynn patiently waited for the home to be prepared for sale.
