My journey in the industry began as a Transaction Coordinator, where I honed my skills in navigating the intricate details of real estate transactions. This experience laid the foundation for my role in successfully managing real estate offices and teams, allowing me to understand the business from multiple perspectives.
In 2021, like many drawn to the charm of Idaho, I made the move and promptly became a licensed real estate agent in the Gem State. Over the past 22 years, I've facilitated the successful closing of over 8600 transactions. It's not just a job for me; it's my passion.

Lynn is an extremely pleasant and positive person to work with. She worked with us over a period of 6 months while we made the decision to relocate to Idaho and then she went into overdrive to get us a fast close and the items we requested in the deal. Lynn is the absolute best! She is a very hard worker, very responsive, and patient. She got us top $$$ for our home. Her advertising, realty, and media was so professional and showed our house beautifully. Our house was listed on a Friday and sold to a couple who viewed on Saturday. We had 22 showings and 9 offers...all above our list price. She then assisted us in finding and negotiating the deal for our forever home. Can't wait to start the next chapter of our adventure. Lynn was amazing. We immediately knew upon meeting her that she was the one that would keep us calm and have our best interests in mind through the whole selling process. We have 3 kids (one being a baby) and a puppy so needless to say, our lives have been chaotic! Lynn went above and beyond from start to finish. She met us at Lowes to load her truck with mulch, she helped paint our patio, she even held the baby while we were laying the mulch. Lynn calmed my nerves through each obstacle that came our way and was easily accessible whenever we needed her. I highly recommend having Lynn help you sell, or buy your home! Lynn has been in the industry for almost 2 decades, she is knowledgeable from the beginning to the end. She knew our expectations and kept to them and delivered in a short 3 weeks knowing that it needed to be the right buyer for our home for the selling price we were seeking. She managed the buyers agent perfectly with our best intentions always first. She is a professional through and through, even when she was extremely ill she pushed through without skipping a beat. We will miss her and we wish she could have been our buyers agent in Texas. She is easy going and a lot of laughs to make this a much less stress.
