We were referred to Lynn to sell our house based on her reputation and we were never disappointed. Lynn and her husband Glenn worked as a great team to not only answer all of our ridiculous questions but more importantly staging our house, providing referrals for contractors to make some repairs and price the house for sale. While this seemed like a lot of work for us, it was well worth it when she was able to provide us with multiple offers that exceeded our asking price within 2 days of the house going on the market. We plan to move out of state in the near future, but if we were in a position to buy another house in the area or needed to sell another home, there is no other agent I would consider. I have bought and sold 5 other homes and this was by far the smoothest sale with the least amount of stress thanks to Lynn and Glenn.
