I am a totally blind, widowed individual, living by myself and required special attention from Rachael. Rachael has been a realtor in the local market for many years and used that knowledge to help me prepare the listing agreement, prepare my home for maximum marketing success. She coordinated showings of my home, working with me a blind person, making sure prospective buyers had full access to my home while ensuring I was not unnecessarily inconvenienced. She brought me offers and assisted me in negotiating with buyers' agents. She assisted me with ensuring that the outside of the home was well manicured, including trimming of trees and bushes, removal of debris, planting flowers and other landscaping. Her personality is such that it put me and buyers at ease, and allowed for smooth communications between prospective buyers and me as seller. I strongly recommend her for anyone seeking the professional services of a realtor. She attended to my personal needs in laying the groundwork for me to relocate to another state to be with my family while dealing with the loss in her own family.
