My wife and I recently purchased a home, the circumstances we were in were far from ideal. The home containing the apartment in which we lived was being sold and we were being pressured to vacate. The situation was compounded by the fact that we were in the middle of the pandemic and due to COVID both my wife and myself were unemployed. We eventually located a house we really liked, called Lynn and within a few minutes were given access to view the home. We contacted Lynn who put an offer in for us the next day, we accepted the counter offer and were off. I have heard it said that success in business has everything to do with contacts and I wholeheartedly agree. Lynn put us in contact with some terrific people, from the finance, to the insurance and attorneys offices everyone was fantastic. We are in our new home now and absolutely love it, I am convinced that we would not be here now if not for Lynn.
