ZillowVERIFIEDI am an out-of-town buyer who wanted something in Park City but didnt really know the local market. I was referred to Lynn Butterfield by a friend. I met with Lynn and I immediately knew he was an knowledgeable realtor simply by the questions he asked me. We decided I should use a combination of Zillow and occasional listings he would send me to learn more about the local market. Lynn never pressured me and was always available to answer any questions and provide an insight he may hold. When I finally found a property I wanted, Lynn was very responsive. In the current market speed matters and Lynn worked with the sellers agent on a Saturday night and Sunday to get the home under contract. From there, Lynn provided mgmt companies, repair pros, cleaning companies, utility lists, a mortgage broker...everything a buyer needs. ALL of these folks have been very friendly, service-oriented people and a great extension of Lynn. I would highly recommend Lynn Butterfield and his team without reservation!

Lynn is a bit more like working with a competent real estate attorney and not just a typical real estate agent. By that I mean that he knows his stuff and makes sure his clients are protected.
