My daughter and I were looking around the Charlotte area for a home for me. I lived in MA and was considering moving to North Carolina. We got lost and somehow found a phone number to a realtor. We called it and Lynn answered. I seriously felt it was Divine intervention. Lynn volunteered to show us around. We met Lynne and Al and it was the best decision ever. Lynn and Albert are an incredible realtor team and my husband and I are so grateful that we found and get to work with them! We are moving from out of state. We found Lynn?s videos on Youtube, which are very informative and helpful to watch as we aren?t from the area. We thought, out of all the realtors we watched, that they were going to be a great fit, especially since they have experience living in another state. From our first FaceTime meeting, we knew they would do their best to find the right match for us. We flew out to Charlotte and were so happy to work with them in person. We felt part of a team and cared for. They really went above and beyond sharing all the local knowledge with us. As we traveled from property to property, they made sure they familiarized us with the grocery stores, different areas of the city, malls, highways, etc. That?s really important for us and we appreciated their efforts to make us feel right at home. When we say above and beyond, we mean it. They made so much time for us. Not a moment was wasted while we were there because they really listened to what we wanted. The market is so competitive at this time, but they continued to work hard to show us places. We ended up securing a new construction. They continue to work as our advocates. Not too long ago we had our pre-drywall meeting. Since we are cross country and with the pandemic still here, we weren?t able to attend. However, Lynn and Albert attended for us, and did a great job on FaceTime showing us our future home with the builder. They also have recommended great professionals to us including our lender and inspectors, and we are incredibly pleased with those services.
