Benjamin truly made the home selling process easy and enjoyable. He returned our calls/texts immediately from the initial contact to after the final seller documents were complete. He was thorough in evaluating the property's listing price and the buyers came as predicted. Ben was instrumental in reviewing the offers we received and did so in an unbiased manor. He was open to offering professional analysis and opinion when requested. We were always informed and received regular updates of showings and all other aspects of the process. I hope that Ben will still be in the real estate business should we ever be in the market to buy or sell future properties!
