We can't say enough about Lynette Aucoin and everything that she did to assist us in getting a house sold on time and for a fair price. What we got from Lynette was so much more than just selling a house though. It's sometimes difficult when selling the house of a relative and Lynette really stepped in and helped us navigate some tricky situations. It was ultimately her knowledge not only in the business but also in the area that helped us get this done. This is the second time that Lynette has assisted us selling a house within the same year, so we are very aware of how effective Lynette is. We moved back to the Seacoast after 3 years of living overseas and had to do the home search remotely. Needless to say, it was a little unsettling to be buying a house without ever seeing it, and we knew the buying agent we chose to work with in this situation was going to make the difference on getting a house or not. Lynettes quick responses with detailed and thorough answers to our questions about potential housing matches convinced us early on that she was a hard worker and a knowledgeable real estate professional. The market was tight so we were looking at numerous homes as soon as they came on the market. Lynette did the house showings while we watched on video and was willing to schedule the viewings so that various family members could participate...and all this during the Covid pandemic. She offered insightful commentary during the showings when she noticed something that we could not see clearly from the video. Lynette helped us put offers on 4 houses, the 4th of which is now ours. Her detailed technical analysis when doing comps gave us a comfortable feeling that we were not overbidding. We are very thankful to have had her help us with the home buying process and would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new home. She is knowledgeable about houses, the housing market, and the seacoast...a true pro and a pleasure to work with.

I met Lynette Aucoin when she was the one realtor willing to come out at short notice on a cold night to show me a house I wanted to look at. I was impressed with the wealth of info she conveyed to me about the place as we went through the property. I decided right then she would be an asset to have at my side. While searching a variety of properties, Lynette was extremely responsive, informative, helpful and very patient with me as I weighed my options. She helped me to find the place that felt right for me and my offer was promptly accepted She drove in a major snowstorm to do the walk-thru 24hrs before closing with me. The closing went smoothly. This is basically the first time I have purchased a home from someone I didn't know. I can NOT believe my luck of finding Lynette. First off, I'll always stay in contact with her because not only is she professional, knowledgeable (about almost everything), responsive, patient, etc., but she is someone I'd trust with many questions, recommendations etc., for home related issues. She worked tirelessly for me and was always available for my calls.She also always had my back and best interestin mind. I felt very comfortable asking her what she thinks and trusted her opinion 100%. Lynette made herself available to answer my calls and show me homes, thoroughly discuss the pros & cons and answer all my questions long after a showing. When it came time to sign anything, she would go over each line to ensure I knew what I was signing. And at closing, of course, she was there. After closing, she gave me tips & suggestions of what to do next. And to this day, I still ask her questions, and she still answers every one. 5 Stars
