Buying a house is always a time-consuming, stressful situation, given the best circumstances. Purchasing a house from across the country adds an extra level of uncertainty and stress, but finding the perfect realtor makes a huge difference. Lynell Riggs turned out to be the perfect agent to work with.. from walking the home with a video camera, recording every little nook and cranny to helping me cross the t's and dot the i's on all the necessary documents and forms, etc. she worked hard to make sure that this process was as easy as possible for us.
