I still can't believe we were able to get a house in our dream neighborhood, in the height of the craziest market, as first time buyers! We would NOT have been able to without Lynda. She helped us through everything, from educating us on the market, strategies to make our offers more appealing etc.. we offered lots of incentives to sellers, not just monetary that were clever and outside the box to get our offer accepted! We went with Lynda based on a referral from a family member. We are so happy we went with Lynda. From meeting with us months before we were ready to list to the closing date, she was knowledgeable helpful and patient. We listed on March 6th and closed less than 8 weeks later. We had a wonderful experience. We took all her recommends and because of that we listed and received several offers starting the next day. We accepted an offer 10k over asking price! One of the best parts of working with Lynda is how she always responded quickly! She even kept us in the loop with things from her vacation in Hawaii. We will be buying soon and we will definitely be going to her!
