ZillowVERIFIEDLydia was introduced to me by a childhood friend who bought a home with her help. Over a number of months, Lydia patiently sent me 100s of listings for homes in and around the DMV. The few that peaked my interest, she made herself readily available to go and see the property and provide her expertise on the pros and cons of living in the area. Lydia has good contacts in the industry and was able to get the required information needed to address my questions and concerns. A real go getter! I had settled on a condo in SE DC and went through the process of applying. Unfortunately I didn't get it and that almost turned me off towards looking for another place. My sister came across a property in SE DC and shared it with me and I knew if we got this, it would be a wrap! I sent it to Lydia and she got right to work, helping us to see the place and eventually put a bid on the property. Although our bid was rejected the first time, Lydia is an agent that people remember and gravitate towards. Once the 1st buyer decided to back out, the listing agent gave Lydia a call and said the house was available and inquired if her clients were still interested. God must have been looking out and decided to give us a second chance which we jumped on immediately. The house inspection list was long and lengthy, but Lydia was able to convince the sellers to pay and/or fix every item we had on the list. She really went to fight for us and when they refused to pay for a washer and dryer, Lydia offered and agreed to split the costs with the other agent so that there would be a washer and dryer available for us. Basic things like a necessary heat pump system was an item the seller refused to pay for but Lydia went to bat for us and successfully got the seller to pay for the heat pump system. She encouraged us when things looked bleak and kept our spirits up and found an answer to the puzzle. She is someone you need in your corner to negotiate and represent you. We would not have remained dedicated to buying the home if it had not been for Lydia's continued patience and support.I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is on a budget and needs a quality home at a fraction of the price. I will be referring her to my friends and family. Thank you Lydia for your support and patience! We really appreciate you!

ZillowVERIFIEDBeing recently widowed ... Lydia was the agent who I selected to work with .... I was drawn to her.... I was very stressed and a bit overwhelmed as I really just wanted to move forward with my life and buy a new property after experiencing great sadness.... and Lydia was there to help me.... she was very sympathetic to my situation she didn't ask a lot of questions but found out the areas where I wanted to reside and found properties which would work for me.. then when we found my property needed a new roof and the railing needed to be replacedas it was a hazard which could hurt my baby Lydia was right there with a referral for a good inspector ... whose report convinced the seller to replace the roof and to replace the railing. I was able to select a railing which I really liked. Lydia is not a person who gives up when the going gets tough she has your back... the seller's agent threatened to sue me for damages if I didn't move forward with settlement even though what occurred wasn't my fault as it was a lender issue and Lydia took my part and didn't back down. Lydia is someone who treats buying a home for you like its a home for a family member or herself and she doesn't let others push her around. She gets people to listen to your side and to do what will benefit your family. I would refer her to people as she is your agent in good times and in bad... she is a good agent and a good person. she is the realtor with a heart.

ZillowVERIFIEDLydia seems like she has been in my life forever ..... she is the agent who represented me on the purchase of my new home for my family but she has been with me from thegit go and has a vast knowledge on a lot of real estate related topics..... she gave me ideas on where to buy cabinets and contractors for updating my kitchen...whenever I have a problem with my home she is on speed dial and knows exactly who to call and what needs to be done.... she has introduced me to her friends who one named Michael even gave us a Barbeque when we closed.. and is also a part of our family. I send my referrals to Lydia and she has found those people homes....
