My search for a retirement property in Chicago began at the start of 2022. Marcus reached out to me and I immediately felt comfortable with him. I flew in from the east coast on a cold February morning and met with Marcus. We spent half day together touring 6 properties I was interested in. Within a week of my returning home we had a contract on one of the properties...which we eventually closed on. While being the real estate professional he would, of course, make recommendations however, which I liked a lot, he would also listen to on how I wanted to proceed such as offers, time frame etc. Marcus understands he works for you and not the other way around.
