Lydia is very persistent and has great negotiation skills. She pays attentions to details. We sold our house through her and bought a house through her as well. Small details:- We scheduled to see a house but there was a snow storm. She didn't cancel the showing and arrived on time.- When we were selling our house, attorney review didn't go through at the beginning but she got the buyer back again and we sold the house to that buyer.- When she showed us houses to buy, she always provided some information we didn't know of.- She never pushes us to make an offer.
