4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Sold a short sale home to a lovely young lady and it was also her first home purchase. After a little back and forth with the bank, we finally closed on the home and the client was very happy and excited with her first purchase.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Got into Real Estate in 2005 because I love the business and the challenges it brings. Love to help clients purchase their first or dream homes.

In the process of obtaining CCIM at this time. Will be CCIM certified by years' end.
