ZillowVERIFIEDTyler is the true definition of best realtor anyone could ask for. I reached out to his firm and with the help of him and his staff was able to sell my house under a month after the decision of wanting to sell. His communication skills was way above that anyone could ask for of step by step and what measures needed to take to sell, never had a dull moment of fail it went well, he went above and beyond on his personal time to get things done outside the standard Monday -Friday 8-5pm jobs not like other realtors would answer there phone after hours, but Tyler did and that was a big kuddos. When showing houses she took time to educate me on what could lead to potential issues moving forward. She was very flexible and worked around my busy schedule. When selling my house she and her team compiled a comprehensive pricing analysis, pulling data from multiple sources and past home sales. They compared this data with other factors such as buying patterns, appreciation, and selling price history to name a few, to come up with an overall price position strategy. I love data and she provided support (literally an inch thick book, which she walked through and answered all questions) for what her price recommendations would be and why. During the buying and selling process she kept me apprised of anything I needed to do so I didnt have to wonder if I was missing anything. She did an outstanding job and both transactions were smooth. I highly recommend her if you are in the process of buying or selling a home.
