About Luke Den Herder

I am the best residential agent in Helena. Specializing in First Time Home Buyers. With me being in the millennials generation I know the in's and out's of First Time Home Buyers. Along with being a millennial for buyer's, I also have the technology and experience background to help you sell your home faster than anyone else out there! I was born and raised in the Queen City of the Rockies, Helena Montana, following high school I attended our local college, Carroll College and played football for the Fighting Saints. After a few years of "spreading my wings", I've returned home and joined my father at EXIT Realty Helena. This office is very family oriented and am looking forward to serving and giving back to the community like they did for me. You see I am a survivoraEUR| not just once but twice, of cancer. Luke Den Herder is very personable who I consider to be a friend. He is very cognizant of your desires throughout the search for your home. He is upfront about risks or drawbacks associated with certain properties that may not be so apparent to the untrained eye. Took a trip to Montana from Nevada and at wells fargo they told me about Luke . as I was interested in buying some property or a home on some property I decided to go to exit realty and met up with luke and he helped find our ideal dream property in townsend montana . I would for sure let my friends know how good luke is with his job and very helpful and understanding to my budget and needs.

The market here is ridiculous houses sell fast and it was very hectic trying to find the right place before it was off the market. That being said, Luke was very responsive to my inquiries and worked around my schedule very well. He was more than willing to do any reasearch I asked of him in regards to potential properties.
