We recently purchased a home with Luke, and we would highly recommend him. Luke, as a broker and agent, was very knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions - even questions coming from our family members who are real estate agents and brokers themselves in another state. We never felt that Luke was trying to persuade us into buying a certain home. Luke's experience and connections with other agents allowed him to craft an offer on a home for us at a price with which we were very pleased. Luke was very punctual, flexible, and responsive throughout the process, even after the close. We will work with Luke again when we decide to sell/buy in the future.

We really hit the jackpot working with Luke to sell our home in Denver - he made the process so easy and as stress free as possible. Luke was referred to us by a friend when we initially considered selling our home 2 years ago. He came and toured our house and gave a comprehensive plan and strategy on how we would approach the sale to maximize profit. As it goes, we then started our family and decided to stay put for the time being until after our daughter was born- at which time we decided to relocate out of Colorado. Obviously as our plan became clearer, we reached back out to Luke without hesitation. His no-pressure and patient approach was perfect and felt like a good fit for us. With our plan to move out of state Luke had an excellent strategy that eased our stress by allowing us to leave first and immediately start a cascade of staging, photographs, etc to get our home listed within a week. We were under contract by the end of the weekend. Ultimately we profited nearly 60% on our home and Lukes strategy got nearly 10% over asking- way more than we expected. His experience and expertise were invaluable and absolutely set him apart. His communication was also incredible and we always felt in the loop, updated and informed. In a town where real estate agents are a dime a dozen, Luke has positioned himself on top. He is competent, relatable, and professional. We cant recommend him enough!!!
