Initially I was undecided as to what to do with the property,sell or hold on. Spoke with Luke and Tricia Kita about my need for help in many areas if the house is to sell! I immediately felt as tbough this thing could go forward as Luke created a level of confidence in me I'd only hoped was possible. Luke and Tricia put the house on the market and got to work! Since I currently live 2 hours plus from the property it would be difficult for me to oversee issues that needed attention and this is where Luke and Tricia SHINE!! They aggressively moved to get many issue remedied and get the property sold for an amount that was actually more than I believed it would. I would strongly recommend Luke and Tricia Kita.
