In a word, Luis is the best. In many more words, his understanding, work ethic and communication are beyond reproach. For me and my wife, personally, Luis restored our trust in real estate agents. Every step if the way was easy with Luis & Marelise. As a first time home buyer there was so much I didn't know. Their expertise was apparent early on. Viewing homes during shelter in place was tough, but they were thorough and made sure we were safe. It was helpful to know I could go to them with my constant questions and they have continued to be helpful six months after I moved in. Luis and Marelise were amazing to work with and helped us buy our first home! Since they work as a team, we could always easily get ahold of one (if not both) of them quickly. They were very responsive and on top of their work, and were also great about regularly checking in with us and making sure we felt supported. Marelise was everything we could ask for in a real estate agent and more, I can't recommend her enough. She came highly recommended by another family member and we quickly learned why. Jennifer and Luis were amazing! They were always available to help us see any house we were interested in and only cared about us finding the house that was perfect for us, no matter how long it took. They knew the market perfectly and advised us to put in a lower offer than we had planned and sure enough that offer got accepted and was the exact amount it appraised for. Where they really went above and beyond was actually after the sale was finalized. They read through the inspection report and had recommended people to service everything the report pointed out and ongoing service we needed like landscaping and pool maintenance. They even setup all the initial appointments for us. They are the epitome of full service professionals that truly care about their clients.
