They have a great network of professionals that made all the process hand offs smooth, from the inspection to the appraisal. We also had a lender that was dropping the ball, very frustrating. When it became apparent they werent as focused on this process as we were, Carolina referred us to Keller Mortgage, who got everything done in 3 days, that the prior lender couldnt do in 4 weeks. Even got us a whole percent lower rate ! This was by far the smoothest home buying/selling experience weve ever had.
