Carolina and Luis were our realtors for the sale of our house and purchase of a new one. From the very first contact, both were very responsive, pleasant and knowledgeable. We could tell right off the bat that they both really knew their business. It was also evident that they are genuinely nice people and seemed to really care about helping us achieve our end goal of selling and buying. Carolina seemed to be working day and night and always kept us updated via email, text and phone. Everyone in their office that we dealt with was just as responsive and helpful. They have a great network of professionals that made all the process hand offs smooth, from the inspection to the appraisal. We also had a lender that was dropping the ball, very frustrating. When it became apparent they werent as focused on this process as we were, Carolina referred us to Keller Mortgage, who got everything done in 3 days, that the prior lender couldnt do in 4 weeks. Even got us a whole percent lower rate ! This was by far the smoothest home buying/selling experience weve ever had. Working with Carolina and Luis now twice - as a home buyer and then as a seller - has been a fantastic experience. They are incredibly responsive and genuinely care. They love helping buyers and sellers navigate the emotional process of real estate. As a buyer I came from out of town and had 1 weekend to find a place. They lined up 20+ properties in both Tampa and St. Pete! They wanted to make sure I got a good sense of the neighborhoods and what my money could buy. As a seller it was an incredibly emotional process as I was selling a home, moving out of state, getting a new job, and of course buying a new place in a different state. I was emotional! Carolina and Luis were there every single part of the way. They even interviewed an agent to recommend for me out of state!!! I mean talk about BEYOND INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Carolina is so caring and has wonderful energy - she wants to help you and make the process as easy and seamless as possible. Luis is great as explaining the logistics and pulling comps to make you feel confident. The Piamba Home Team is amazing. But wait! On top of this, Carolina and Luis have AMAZING relationships with mortgage brokers, the Title company, etc. One of my favorite aspects of working with them - you ALWAYS work and interact with THEM. They don?t push you to an assistant. So you get 1 name, 1 number, and 1 email. How easy!! I can?t say enough about these 2. They?re so wonderful I?m sad I?m no longer in Florida! Hire them. They will do right by you. They will go above and beyond. They will find your dream home or sell your home.
