My home was so neglected until she took control of it. Her company is very professional and the customer service is outstanding. I cant explain how at piece I was when I turned my home over to her. In the end, I cant thank her and her staff enough for all that they have done. My home was on the market for over a year before she got it but it took her only a matter of months to get it sold. After understanding what we were looking for in a home, she never once wasted our time showing us houses that, for whatever reason, other realtors wanted to show. Her selections always included a good portion of our lengthy list of needs and wishes; and within our budget. I have worked with numerous realtors throughout the Country and responsiveness is typically a challenge. Not for Lucretia. I know how busy she is but it seemed like every time we called, it felt like she dropped everything to take care of us. Even with no advanced notice. Last, but not least, Lucretia had our best interest at hand when it came down to making an offer (or not) on a listing. She certainly helped making the home buying process far less stressful than it usually can be.
