Lucretia is an amazing realtor. First of all, she knows the market and she actually listens to you. After understanding what we were looking for in a home, she never once wasted our time showing us houses that, for whatever reason, other realtors wanted to show. Her selections always included a good portion of our lengthy list of needs and wishes; and within our budget. I have worked with numerous realtors throughout the Country and responsiveness is typically a challenge. Not for Lucretia. I know how busy she is but it seemed like every time we called, it felt like she dropped everything to take care of us. Even with no advanced notice. Last, but not least, Lucretia had our best interest at hand when it came down to making an offer (or not) on a listing. I honestly don't know how Lucretia is able to offer such exceptional service to each & every one of her clients but somehow she does.
