About Lucille Blair

Being the oldest girl of 5 children, I worked since I was old enough to hold a broom. I swept hair at my Aunt Lucille's Beauty Shop and answered the phone at my father's auto/body repair shop. I paid for my first car, but my Dad bought the 25 cents a gallon gas. By working for $1.35 an hour at my dad's shop, I paid for my tuition and even lived in the dorm. When I graduated at 20 years old and got married, I had saved $1,500. After teaching school for 28 years and retiring, I started working full time in real estate. My first Alabama Real Estate License was issued in 1987. Action Realty was opened in 2007. I am ready to work for you.

Ms. Blair is an amazing realtor. She sold me and my wife our first house in 2006 and when I changed jobs and had to move just a few years later she started managing it as a rental. Her company is very reliable and she manages the property in a way that I can be an absentee landlord. I receive payments monthly and feedback when it is needed. Since 2010 my house has been rented all but one month.
