Lucien Pruszynski

Prior to attaining my Ohio Real Estate license in 2009, I attened college and worked in Phoenix, Arizona for a Wholesale Mortgage Lender as an Account Executive. I learned much about real estate finance and the banking system in the two years invested in the field. Then I went on to work with an educational company in Phoenix which taught residential real estate investing: 30 different courses from wholesaling to retirement plan investing. Through this network I developed relationships which led to shadowing and working under residential investors who fixed and flipped homes, hundreds in a year. I gathered my finance and investing knowledge/experience, packed up and came home to Ohio where my wife and I grew up. We started a family and now have three awesome children, Julian, Dax and Naomi. In 2009 I became a licensed Realtor and continued the investing as I purchased, rehabbed and resold bank owned properties. I now own 10 rental units locally. I am a strong advocate of long term buy-and-hold real estate investing. With a conscious decision to shift out of fix-n-flipping and into full time real estate sales, I came on board with RE/MAX, a leader in the retail real estate business locally, nationally and internationally. My business took off with this shift and I now "know" I am in the right place in my real estate career. I enjoy this business and have a natural ability to drive home buyers and sellers to the finish line of property sales and acquisitions. I've hired a marketing and administrative assistant to maximize the exposure of my listings and assist with the "busy work" to allow me to focus and invest more time on the clients I serve.
