1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get pre-approved by a reputable lender and then hire a professional Realtor. Make sure that the person you hire takes the time to explain the process of buying or selling your home. It's important that they communicates honestly about the process so that you can make the best decisions possible. This is a big financial decision and I take this job very seriously.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Making a first impression is critical in selling your home. You should hire a professional Realtor months before you are ready to list your home for sale so that you can work together in preparing your home. Make sure that they use a professional photographer, have strong social media campaigns, and will represent you and your house to all prospective Buyers. Communication is very important and you want to make sure they are available for calls/emails and any questions along the way!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have a variety of clients that range from first time home buyers to retired people that are downsizing. This broad range of experience enables me to be of service to a variety of people and lifestyles.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently assisted a first time home buyer that was so excited, but nervous about the process of buying a home. We talked for a couple of hours about what to expect during the process and then we got started looking at LOTS of houses. I believe that the more houses you see, the more educated you become and the more you learn about what you want to buy. There is no perfect house and it is my responsibility to make sure that I share all of my knowledge with YOU so that you can make the best decision possible! It went GREAT and they LOVE their new home!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My husband's job relocated us to 5 different states and overseas. I managed all the home sales and purchases with each move and fell in love with the process. Once we settled down in Baltimore, I was eager to get licensed and help other people with the knowledge that I had learned..
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
My personal experiences with real estate have been invaluable! I help clients sell a lot of houses every year and my clients become loyal and trusted friends. It's a great job helping and assisting people in such an important purchase and I am thrilled to be involved in this decision.
